Wie is verantwoordelijk

Rustig Klaar is een onafhankelijk project van Mark Boulas, Nederland. Vragen of verzoeken over je gegevens stuur je naar hallo@rustigklaar.nl.

Welke gegevens we verzamelen

• Je e-mailadres (verplicht)
• Je land, je taal en, als je dat wilt, wat voor huishouden je hebt
• Het moment waarop je je aanmeldde en je bevestiging

Waarvoor en op welke grond

We gebruiken deze gegevens alleen om je te mailen over de lancering en om te zien in welke landen en voor welke huishoudens de app het meest nodig is. De grondslag is je toestemming. Je bevestigt die met een link in je mailbox, en je kunt hem altijd intrekken via de afmeldlink in elke e-mail.

Wie je gegevens verwerkt

• Brevo (Parijs, Frankrijk) bewaart de wachtlijst en verstuurt de e-mails, op servers in de EU.
• statichost.eu (Stockholm, Zweden) host deze website op Europese servers. Zoals elke webserver ziet die technisch je IP-adres om de pagina te tonen.

We verkopen je gegevens niet en delen ze met niemand anders. De website gebruikt geen cookies, geen tracking en geen lettertypes of scripts van Google of andere partijen buiten de EU.

Hoe lang we ze bewaren

Tot je je afmeldt, of uiterlijk twaalf maanden na de lancering van de app. Daarna verwijderen we ze.

Jouw rechten

Je mag je gegevens inzien, laten aanpassen of laten verwijderen. Mail daarvoor naar hallo@rustigklaar.nl. Ben je het niet eens met hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your country, your language and, if you choose, your household type
• When you signed up and confirmed

Why, and on what basis

We only use these details to email you about the launch and to see in which countries and for which households the app is most needed. The legal basis is your consent. You confirm it with a link in your inbox, and you can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes your details

• Brevo (Paris, France) stores the waitlist and sends the emails, on servers in the EU.
• statichost.eu (Stockholm, Sweden) hosts this website on European servers. Like any web server, it technically sees your IP address to serve the page.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else. The website uses no cookies, no tracking, and no fonts or scripts from Google or other parties outside the EU.

How long we keep them

Until you unsubscribe, or at most twelve months after the app launches. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your details. Email hallo@rustigklaar.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
